BHD Fastrope Down Blackhawk Help!

I have a sweet map under work... but I have a part where I want some guys to fastrope down a Blackhawk. I got the guys to attach to the fastrope by using the event "Find and Use SSN" . But I'm stuck there! I can't get him to go down it or anything! If you know how to PLEASE HELP. Also I would like to know how to use Music, WAV files, and the Output Text feature. I would really like more help with the fastrope first but I would love help with the other things. Also if anybody has any time I have alot of other questions! .



-This is for the game Black Hawk Down. I'm using Mission Editor 2.00h. The unlocked Version.

when they attach they just slide down the rope i'm sure :/

what do they do?

no they attach to it but DO NOT slide down.

is the black rope comming down? if it isint u got to goto new action then ...

select the the time u want, i put 2.0000 Seconds


then hit ok and now the rope will come down and the guy will fast rope out

to get him off the rope

have the same animation but rreverse it.
then have the guy attach to SSN - 0 - Null
afectivley it makes him attach to nothing, hence he will let go

Sweet! Thanks alot! If it comes out good I will send you guys a copy. It is called "Unlikely Foe" a single player level. Thanks for all of you're help. But can anybody help me with the . wav stuff? I have a list of all of them like command talking but can't get them to work. Thanks again.

Ok, I made a quick test mission and it works great! It took a while to get the height and all right because I was not sure of the length of the rope.
