PS Problem

Hey, recently, as of last night, my PS has been having a problem. Whenever I try to brush, select, add text, etc., etc., it remains as the normal arrow icon and does nothing. If anyone has ever encountered and found a solution to this problem, please tell me.

move them out of the PS folder, then after the reinstall, put them back in and reinstall the brushes.

Argh... It stopped working again... An uninstall and reinstall would be hell for me, and what's a renegade problem? Anyway, I'm going to just chuck CS, start using my copy of PS:7 and see how that will turn out.
