AGGGHHH
So Im splitting up with my woman, dont get to see my kids much and have no money at all.
Im having trouble waking up and the other day I spent the last of my spare cash on a CD/Radio Alarm clock with big speakers to help me wake up, because my usual one had started failing to work. Im writing this as I dread ringing work TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. My life is a shambles. Any advice on waking up tips???????? |

1. Go to bed early.
2. Cut down on night time coffee and take some hot coco 3. Go to bed early. 4. Turn off PC, TV, and Radio at 9:30pm 5. Go to bed early. |

sleep with curtains open (the sun will get ya ( if its not too early ))
i guess early nights work maybe doing some exercise like running will make u feel less lazy exercise is a natural buzz and could make u feel better |
