Unfair Detention, you tell me!

Ok well, I have gotten to my 24th detention this year, now tell me if this is unfair? i have already argued it, and she "the principal" thinks its a bit unfair.

Detention has been assigned for the following reason:
Inappropriate language in class, for saying Jesus Christ

Dentention Date 6/8 7:55 AM,

In the past, he warned me once, the first 9 weeks, about how to not say Jesus Christ, I asked him if he was religous, and he said yes, to me it sounds like we got a case of he is offended, and he thinks its fair to give me a detention, seperation of church and state, state's that he is not allowed to do this, which I am using in my argument, cause I am too lazy to wake up and serve them.

its not the fact he is religeous, but its the fact u meant it in a "shock reaction" and it wasnt meant for a religeous purpose 2 b said, same at our school doesnt matter what religeon but its the way in which the word is used..

its my 24th one, one more = 5 day suspension, i know i am going to get another one for no homework, if you get suspended, you take the exams, its not a fact if it will kill me, its the fact i have to take finals..

Seperation of church and state well you can argue it and get out my mom is lawyer she says, If you say Pledg of alligence and Under God then thats about same thing so if he is religious he shouldnt be a teacher,

Ok I guess you took it the wrong way. What I meant was sometimes it's smart to keep your feelings to yourself bud.

its not my feelings, it just bothers me, if you went to school where i live, religion has been intergrated to much, its a big topic here.

I think the reason you got detention is because he warned you not to say it and you said it anyway. What is the use in him warning you if there are no consequences? Are you going to say it in front of him now?

That is just my opinion, I am very religious so it offends me when you say Jesus Christ like it is a bad thing. I guess it is the same reason why I think "GOD" in the wrong context is bad.

ok i don't want this to be a bad thread, more professional and mature, but i don't believe in that stuff, and he knows that, and he gave it to me cause i don't believe in it. its pretty obvious, he could would have been better off just putting it tacked on the front of his shirt.

in my days you never use the word "Jesus Christ" in school 9 out of 10 people will take it the wrong way all the time.

if you in school only talk about subject about the class, out side with your Buddy's you can say anything you like, we use to talk about how boring a class was and what we think of teachers in the class subject outside were they can't hear us.

we had some real bad nicknames for them teachers, we use to have one band teacher who we call her miss cow-dung all the time. its the way she walk was funny and she did not smell good ether. think she live on a pig farm or something man she use to smell really badly. most of the time all got a freaking F from her what a stinker she was.

my school can give two s***s less about cussing ... i mean .. it's a pretter s****y school lol...

my friend told this other kid to "**** off" right next to a teacher and he just said "watch your language" ... lol.. walked on ..
