Ok i made a template in photoshop CS. what program do i need to code it

you can 'slice' it in photoshop, and use notepad to edit the html to your liking

or if ur not too hot on ur html codeing use a WISYWIG program (not sure how its spelt). These are programs like Microsoft Frontpage and Macromedia Dreamweaver.

These give u a design interface rather than a page of text. You "drag and drop" everything into place, and the program codes it for you. also, u can still interfer with the programs code and add bits yourself.

whats i like is that u can teach urself the code using this too.
