siggy please

hi could someone make me a sig and incorporate the following please:

in normal text: =SOF=

in a cool text style after the =SOF= Shot

colour theme: red

background picture: flames/fire

main picture: a medic with weapon

union jack flag somewhere on sig

many thanks in advance.

any probs please let me know.
