I think having contests for sigs are stupid maybe alot of sites do it to just add links and maybe they don't have nothing to do. alot of sites have sig contest but to me, If i started making websites again i wouldn't have a sig contest and copy off all the other sites that have them. Think of something new, BE CREATIVE! Do something different make everyone copy off your site rather than the other way around. I think Everyone does nice work. When you have so many entrys it is hard to judge so what i'm trying to say is limit a persons sig entry to 1 or 2 or whatever but if it was my website i wouldn't put a sig contest. But i guess that's just me and i know everyone doesn't think that would be a good idea so i'll just shut up and keep with my sugestion. -o- by the way do ya'll buy graffic programs or just download them? and what are their name(s)??? we have a SOTW to our site can be more interactive. more things for our visitors to do, we could always take down the forums, shoutbox, and sotw and everything and make this an un-interactive site with only tutorials and downloads.

yes, you can do that but, i know you won't do that.. defently your webmaster wouldn't do that, i know that for a fact. don't forget that this is also your way to contact your friends of DF and the staff. this is one of your main ways to contact+ICQ but, the work your webmaster did to the fourms and so many post on it so many memorys it will all be erased. soo that would be a real bad idea. i say just limit the sig entry. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HAVE FUN! YES YOU DO A GREAT WORK ON YOUR SIGS BUT IF YOUR ONLY USING THEM TO WIN THEN THAT SUCKS! If you only make sigs to win contest that's stupid.. I do it to have fun and be creative i don't know about ya'll! HAVE FUN!!!

Trying to say is limiting a person’s sig entry to 1 or 2,

I think having contests for Sigs are stupid maybe alot of sites do it

1.) That would be good only if they had 30 people in it or more placing in entries each then only have 1-5 entries but the number of people that have place entries have not Reach that high and having it in DF: Hq its fun place and to learn about it all lot of people share tips with each other.

2.) As for now I don't see it limited to that count at all think the most I seen people coming in to entry is low count.

You said it go make your own site make it the way you like it and leave these good people DF: Hq staff be. Bottom line what they say goes, you don't like it go other place to have fun.
3.) Its not call Sig contest its call “#22 GFX Contest”-Sig type of contest it is

GFX stand for graphics and Animation type of contest

#23 GFX Contest - Grunge Work, 22 GFX Contest – Sigs, 21 GFX Contest - Sigs, 20 GFX Contest - Photo Manipulation, 19 GFX Contest - "Welcome Home Poster", can go on but its not needed they pick the contest to be not like other site each week or so they have only sig contest its not done here they don't limite the type of contest.

they have about 15 people that post their ghx up for contest more than half of them post more than 3 entrys which is the reason why tthey have alot of competion which is harder to judge..
