Young Guns is looking for a free dedicated server. We are recruiting and are a DFLW squad. Our website is www.yg.squad.cc . come check us out and if you come because of this post please note that when filling out one of our forms. Our tag is -YG- and we have a TS server but are looking for a free one that can be up 24/7 too. If you can host we would like it to be close to 24/7

Well hate to tell you no one is going to give you a free dedicated server or everyone would have one!If you see anything about free dedicated servers then dont take it cause its a trick!Only person i may take it fro mis someone i know personally or i know just knows me so hes helping me out!

Only big thing ive got is PHP free which everyone knows of that site!

Up/down rates please, hardware specs, OS (version and kernal). Otherwise dude LISTEN to Visor, its hard to get anyone to give you a DECENT or GOOD dedicated server.

Dont listen to losers like these who just have big heads. Yea I admit you wont find a good 24/7 server for free but you dont need to be called "crappy clan". jedi I went to your site and it wasnt even up, it is also a freebie site. Just brag about your "This Page Cannot Be Displayed" website it realy looks great. For -YG- I would suggest just hosting it on your PC untill you get it going and can maybe eventually pay for a 24/7 server (they are gettin pty cheap). That is how I started out my squad and slowly it will advance. Once you get members onw of them might even have a 24/7 server that they could dedicate for you and maybe you could even move up to a newer game.

Good luck with the squad and dont pay any mind to huge headed "know it all's" like the ones in this case

Why did you call it a so called clan, do you not believe it is a clan? Ummmm...?

Anyways, you will not find a free server, however an idea I had would be to gather a group of 8 or so people willing to be dedicated to the squad as council members or leaders, and everybody chips in like 10 bucks for a server + webhosting .

Well Sorry about that Rattler, i must of over read that post cause i didnt see he said that!I do agree with Rattler on that, i have a bad website but will soon get better and no one starts out perfect.If you do start out perfect then you must of been waiting till you got money to make a squad or know php.Its better to start out early so you can have a squad everyone will know.Anyways ive seen new squads or even people who have had a server a long time, which they started out with money for a server.Although they had a big server not many played in it anymore.So whats that basically tell you,dont get a server right off; "unless your sure people will come to it it is not worth having one that big".This is just something i wanted to share with the new comers, see, i was the type that waited for a server cause *CP* has been around enough to know people or atleast i know many squads and people.Therefore i know i can get people to come so i invite now.If you do have money though than use it wisely is the only advice i can give you and never give it to your wife

Thanks Visor, and another reason NOT to get a server right away is that you dont know if your squad is going to be sucsesful thus you dont want to waste money. Also Visor I was mainly pointing the website thing at Jedi because he was the 1 that said "My website is way better than that scrap, realy it is". I didnt see yours but that was not meant for you lol.

Actualy your site is good for a simple squad site YG! Mine would be better, but stupid Geocities isnt working like it should on the page thing making the thing wider even though its not that wide really ticks me off or my site would be good.Could make it better with FTP, but i need PHP. If i cant do it i will pay 6-7dollars a month better than nothing!Im going to work hard to learn PHP though.

My PHP is free and so is my domain.Free domains suck though cause they dont work well on all sites like the one i have now at www.cp-hq.tk well everylink is www.cp-hq.tk . So some dont work well and dot tk is suppose to be a good one cause ive seen so many use it for long time and brag about it.


Thats not the point i rather have something i can build even if it costs money for ftp for that low amount.

PHP is real tought to learn and i dont want a webmaster cause of many reasons you would understand if you have been around.If you ever removed your webmaster for doing wrong you will lose your site cause he built it and so on and i like building it.If i had DW be much easier.The host at Extreme Clan Hosting i have also free FTP.I even got a PHP manual someone sent me that helped him learn it.Mainly what i need to figure out is how to remove and add pages but PHP takes a while to learn if you want all the good stuff.So i can use it later when i know it better.
