i thought i read...
i am new to bhd. i know there is no co-op in multi player but,
i thought i read somewhere that there are some custom maps or something that allow you to play co-op online?
any help would be appriciated...thanks

hey...thanks sooooo much!!! i like playing co-op with friends better than playing deathmatch games. thanks again!!!!
ohhh , and one more question if you don't mind and could answer this... in the mission editor, can i make co-op maps my self... if i learn? thanks so much for all your help!!!

yup The hardest part is to getyer mission straight. e.g. giving the AI there stance and actions they do including waypoints and events & triggers.
Keep trying and you will get the hang of it. I suggest to read through the divers tutorials on this site. They are of lotsa help.

ok, got a problem...i downloaded a co-op map, and unzipped it and installed the file to my bhd main directory. when i start bhd and pick multiplayer i host a game and when i need to pick a map, i can't find the map...i also tried switching between the different co-op game types but, still can't find it...any suggestions?thanks...

The full version doesn't have co-op as a game type...
Do you have the Demo?

no i dont have the demo, i can download it. what the demo has co-op? ok...that really makes alot of sense!!! pay $40
for the game and i can't play co-op...but, download a free demo and i can make maps to play co-op. man, what will they think of next? thanks though...

I don't play co-op, myself... but I did download a couple of those Full Version Co-op maps.
One of them didn't show up, the other showed up under DeathMatch gametype.
(So I would pay particular attention to the name of the map upon installation... then look for it on ALL gametypes)
I, however, didn't see any A.I. in the one map that I could find.
And Yes... the Demo has Co-op (with MasterAddonV1.1).
The "farging icehole suminumbatches" in their infinite wisdom took the co-op gametype out of the full version.
If they hadn't, I would have been playing co-op all along...

It's going to be trial and error to get the co-op maps to work in the full version, since their is no co-op gametype...

In the Demo... you will probably need the MasterAddonV1.1 (to give you all the weapons)
AND to PACK all of your co-op maps into the DEMORES.PFF so that the maps will work and be accesible in-game.

New info. Apparently the guys at devilsclaws.net have been busy...
Looks like they've made a MasterAddon for the Full Verion (adding COOP back into the game!)
