is there a map editor for DF1?

a real editor like the other df games... i read a long time ago that there was only one that could move stuff around, not add or change items in the map.

I know of 2:

DFME delta force map enginier/editor
&
DF1med(2)
ive tried both and preffer DF1med2, its like the map editor that comes with DF2 but converted with all the terrains and items for DF1

and easy to use

i think its available from terrer nova or the spitfire site
