The color code chart can be found here:

http://www.bhdcolor.tk/

If you have the .MIS file for the map, add the code before the map name in the GENERAL INFORMATION window.

If you don't have the .mis file kindly ask the author of the map to send you the .mis

Ok, thanks.
EDIT: So if I have my map name, I could do this: (b)mapnamehere(/b) (and I would have < > instead of ().)

In the map name field (in GENERAL INFORMATION) type the color code first, then your map name after that.

example: (cff5000)mapname

and use the <> instead of ()

CybeR SoldieR, you are probably right.

So I don't need to do something (/cff5000) to close the tag?

No, that's all you need. No need to close the tag after the map name.
