Graphics Tablet

Anyone use one? With getting back into design a lot, I've been looking at getting one. I've never had one before and I've wanted to get one for a while. I don't want to spend a lot of money on one because I'm not sure if I'll like it or not, but I do want one. I think it will make interfaces and web designs easier to actually design. I looked at the wacom site and they have awesome tablets. Looking at the Bamboo. Anyone got any suggestions?

Intuos4... its the way to go.

It takes a bit of time to get used to using it and I use Gmote or StrokeIt for gestures.

I only use it every now and then, when I get the urge to create a sig.

i think wacom is the way to go ..

i'm pretty sure designers mostly use them for 3d applications or illustrations .. but you seem to do pretty good with your style just using a mouse ... so you might wanna think about it before dropping 400 bucks on a decent one lol

Threw mine out with Win98, another hassle replaced with a mobile phone and pointy thing that I keep loosing,
A lot easy to tell someone what you want, if they don't get it...sack em for someone that does

basic it a touch pad like one have on a laptop build in to it, only this is more cooler setup, beside it look wireless too

have to say it look really good. but like all wireless mouse or items may act up a bet.
if they had one with a USB cable to it i may jump for it! the purple one in the center top has a USB cable build for it cool cheaper too then the blue one

but the orange one is a bet pricey for a touch pad unit for 200 buck better last 2-3yrs

All the tablets attach using a USB cable.
The pens do not need any connection.

I highly recommend getting one. I've tried the bamboo and for being a rather cheap alternative it does work pretty good.
