How to contact map authors?

I downloaded a map called "No Way Out" and tried it out today. The map looks cool but the problem is, I can't find A Way In! It spawns me outside the walled city and there's no way to get in this place.

Is there a way for me to contact the author for some help? I can't find a listing of members to the forum, and there's no way for me to email the author from his map listing (I don't think, anyway). What do to - what to do...

Thanks for the quick reply, Steve. While I was waiting, I DID find the member page (I guess this is a Monday morning Duh for me...) and sent Swagger an email.

Dang it - the map looks cool. I ran all around the entire wall looking for some crack or tunnel entrance, but to no avail. So I unloaded my gun shooting at the wall and watching the spots form

If you run the map in Team Deathmatch mode you will spawn inside.

What happens is that people specifiy the map as DM or TDM and forget to put the spawns in. From what I gather from this thread, the map was designed for TDM, but the DM setting was also set.

So you fire up a DM server, see this map listed, think you can play it, play it, and spawn in the middle of no where because of not having any DM spawns.

Thats why I like the idea of having 1 map for dm and 1 map for tdm.

Team deathmatch eh? But if we're not playing team, what happens? I'll give it a try just to see, but I've never played team so I'm going in blind. Would that somehow put my wife and I on the same team? Then we basically shoot our 'team mates'...

I'll give it a try and see what happens. Thanks.

I'll have to remember this when I try making my own maps.

you and your wife join opposite teams. on the page where you join a multiplayer game, either choose either or each pick a color, red or blue. then when you join you will be on opposite teams
