Ummmm...another Terragen
This is the best sky I have done so far. I actually blended in 3 sections of some photos that were taken "inside" of Hurricane Katrina and manipulated the heck out of them in PS

Enjoy

Render Time: 11hrs6min.
Post Work: Photoshop - Contrast, sharpen, hue/saturation, heavy cloud/sky work
