Bunker error

Hi
I'm trying to build a new map for DF:TFD. I have build a rather extensive bunker system (Z -8), but want to add another level below that (Z -16). I added several versions of ramps downwards, but nothing works. If I add the ramp at Z -8, it is visible but I can enter only the first few cm and then the guy gets stuck against the roof and cannot go down. If I add it at Z -16 (as directed by the manual) the ramp is invisible.

Can anybody please help?

all i can think of is that u have reached the absolute bottom of the map. u might have to try it on another part of the terrain (higher part) or alternatively on another terrain.
