RE forums I'm a bit vague on how much people traffic the data rates equate to, any pointers?

I've tried to host PHPbb3 from my US server several times but couldn't get the SQL to work.

So I was hoping that using the same software as Scott uses here would be less trouble but the costs need careful consideration because of my already enormous overheads.
