DF game iinterest is down

I was wondering if you guys has seen a decline in interest in the DF community. When I look at other sites, posting seems low. Whats you guys take on it.

i dont think a lot has changed here, but i know the DF community interest goes up and down periodically. it been a while since the last game came out (JO), so ppl are either playing or not playing if u know what i mean. not just lots of ppl trying the game and complaining about stuff - which is basically what most people do

the DF community is relativley small compired to UT, Quake, CS, BF, etc etc so its quite noticable when things are going steady.

i'm guessing the NW forum is still busy? although having an official forum is good, but it basically made a lot of other resource sites suffer. a lot of ppl moved there away from their regular sites.

I think there has been a small decline in DF gamers because of the seres of update fiascoes.

Not everybody likes the JO & JOE "improvements" and some of the servers have worse pings than before the updates.

There is also a larger selection of DF games and competition from other companies.

weve heald reasonabely steady, whenever a new NL game comes out we get millions more hits, but otherwise the actual numbers dont vary much.

That and i think everyone had settled in and decided on their sites, when BHD and JO came out, there would have been community members who were looking at the different resource sites and now stick to them...

i feel that way i gave up on them been playing their games from 1999 till now after JOTR & JOTR: E with update i call it quiet. now days i looking for other games to play no longer care for Novalogic.Inc games

Love: DF: 1/2/LW/TFD/BHD-TS, but JOTR i hate it.

NW will never big as big as CS / HL / UT / Quake and other games unless they advertise there game on TV, and alot of big gaming websites !
