Gah... Thats a "not so smart" decision on their part.. Leaving will only let conflicts grow and the need for them back in there will grow...

the main problem that i have is...
1. theres still groups active and armed, yes 1 section of the IRA disarmed, but theres plenty of splinter cells... 2. they dismantled a lot of bases/watch towers... they take 6+ months to build, so if a conflict does start again then they will have to rebuild all of them.. losing valuable time the only good thing out of it is that the army and police now have more powers |
