DF2 BMS Editor Source Released
I decided to release the source code, it's written in VB.NET.
You should have no trouble understanding it, even non-programmers won't have a hard time. Read the comments, they explain what each section does. http://www.mapmakersheaven.org/share/BMSEditor.zip
