New Songs from Trojan's Archive!! Must Hear!!

Hey fellas. I've been meaning to go through my archives and for a long long time. I've been needing to convert formats from tape to .mp3 of hours upon hours of my original songs and recordings. Some fo you have heard some of my stuff already. I've got basic hardware and software. Nothing too extravagent. I've been working on this here song you are about to hear for an hour or so. It's a fun but short little tune that me and some guys from Memphis put together some time ago. The same guys that co-wrote 'Don't Come To Me' with me. I hope you like it!

OMG, I've spent the night converting and listening to all my stuff. I've come to realize this is who I am and I'll never be happy unless I get motivated again and write.

This next song was written a week before this recording. This is taped live by an audience member with a tape recorder and I got lucky enough to get a copy. heh, I married the broad, lmao. But anyways, It's called 'Don't Come To Me' Version I. I guess you could call it Southern Rock if you want to.

I've got hours of material just waiting to be reworked and recorded. I wish the quality of all my stuff was better but it's good enough for the ears that need to hear it.

Hey Troj thats not nice m8... I was playing them loud and I get a knock at the door.
So I go out and answer and there stands 2 guys with flat caps and say, Were here because a neighbour said you were torchering a Cat.
But I said I dont own a cat!
they said, So what was the noise coming from your living room?
I said I dont know, And they left I closed the door put the music back on and there was another knock at the door, I said What Now? they said ok now we know you have a cat in there!... I said no I havent they said yes you have.

Anyway I slammed the door in their face and sat and listened to the music...

They are cool m8, I wish I knew what those guys were on about though....

Here's another somewhat improv as we were in the middle of structuring this one. I was trying to find some soulfull lyrics to go with the melody and the guys were playing to my vocal structure like new. This is one of my favs to kick back, drink a beer and chill. Listen to the unfinished 1st take, to me is priceless as every note was new for each verse and a great experience.

Here's one that was recorded post 9/11. It is about a gorgous girl I once dated for more than 2 years off and on. It's sad for me to listen to this. It is titled 'December Rain' because her birthday is December 20th. What great memories we once shared. The love of my life she was. Young and innocent love. A decade later I wrote a song about it. Every year I think of her.
