They are called the Taliban but in fact, they are just foreign fighters who want to fight the big bad Americans.

A couple of my friends on facebook bought it and said it isn't as good as MW2. Glad i kept my money now. Should have bet it on Treyarch failing again.

I got it for PS3 Loved the SP more than MW2 and at last I can play Team Matches due to being able to tell the sides MW2 I got rid of a week after buying it due to only being able to play free for all being colorblind I would shoot my own team lmao.

Also love the Zombie mode on the game as I did with world at war.

Why do you need to pay to play online anyway? You pay for your internet connection, pay for the console, pay for the game.. you people need to vote with your money and not pay for that ****. If nobody bought it, it would be free, but they know people are stupid enough to keep paying to play online, no matter how high the price is.

Simon, though it theoretically sound pleasant that not buying the LIVE subscription will make it free, reality is that there will always be someone out there with extra disposable income to BUY, be it piece on of land on Mars or a meteorite in virtual world.

It is simply a matter of have and have not.

Cool

Maybe we should pay to play DFX online, then perhaps their servers would work better and longer.

Exactly my point!

There is cost attached with EVERYTHING. Maintenance of the widgets cost more than the original deployment.

I'm not talking about people will unlimited spending and their disposal. And even rich people tend to be more tight with their money. If enough 'normal' earning people gave up on their service, they'd soon feel it.

How do you think they've been able to keep PC gaming going for so long with subscription costs like that? It's just a culture of greedy people, who care more about lining their pockets than thinking about the user.

I think Nova should use a different method of protection than the online log in.

Pay for play on the internet if necessary but If you bought the game for single player use only,

it could become difficult to access the game in some circumstances.

Having free servers is excellent but I feel sorry for Nova having gone through what they have.

Mapping is an excellent concept that is one of the themes in the C4 DF series.

Hope they come up with some mastery in the near future.

Simon, the console and game are considered as a good, while the internet connection and game servers are considered as services.

Goods, for the most part, are one-time purchases.

Services: you pay for them every time you use it (or are "supposed" to use it).

Internet and some game services do the monthly payment scheme, so as to cut-down on the amount of paperwork.

If you had to pay each time you hooked up your desktop to the internet, you'd have to keep track of every single receipt, too.
