Photoshop problem.

Nowadays, whenever i do pracically anything on ps, these lines comes up on my screen I try to get them gone by changing things like opacity, where its visble or not, do step backwards(undo) and then forwards again, but they change,

Exp:- I would undo what i did, the lines would go, then redo it, the lines would change colour and go somewhere else, it takes a long time til they go, only to come back 2 mins later, sumtimes they ae permanent and have to cover them up.

Anybody know whats going on?

Help appreciated.
