That URL has issues, you can use manage attachments to Upload your mis file here.

Though you may have overlooked one of these following points...

The mission status screen has to be tied to a win event and a win condition.

If everything is set correctly then it's not the game, so it's no use checking the MIS file.

You might be doing something else wrong though, so you should revise your mission.

Perhaps I should have mentioned that you also need the corresponding lose events and conditions.

it looks something like this if done in the editor.

Event 1:
Trigger
if player dies then
Action
lose condition 1

Event 2:
Trigger
if lose condition 1 is triggered or event 1 is triggered then
lose game
