DFX2 EXP (JO Terrains)

These are all the JO Terrains + 1 BHD Flat Terrain for DFX2

This will add the JO terrains into your DFX2 Game and editor so you can host or join a server.
You will need this patch to join DFX2 EXP Servers.

* If hosting a map using a JO terrain, please add "EXP" to server name so others will know they need the patch.

** Make Sure You Delete Files After Install!

*** In the next few days i will add the Stock JO/JOE Maps as a DFX2 EXP Map Pack.
This will have all stock maps for the host pick n choose which one they want to add to there server list.

**** When Making a map add EXP to the map name

Install:
Copy all the DFX2 EXP folder files into your DFX2 game folder.
C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force Xtreme 2

Click on the bat file to install (MS-DOS Batch File).
Once finished delete the files you added into your DFX2 folder.

By clicking on the bat file, it will import the files into the localres.pff
which makes the left over files in the DFX2 folder rubbish to be deleted.
(you will be punted from NW server if not deleted after install)

Go to you Map Editor to see the new terrains.

Jo stock maps

DFX2 EXP is the JO terrains for DFX2.

These are the stock maps from JO to add to DFX2
You will need the DFX2 EXP to use these.

I have edited all the tiles in the maps to face the correct way.
I also changed all the file names to the proper map names.
They are in individ folders so you can pick which map you want to host.

Maps may seem bright, it is recommended increasing the Gamma in your Video setting.

Some maps may need editing or changing. I have added the .mis files so you can change the maps to suit your needs

If you only want the FLAT terrain you will have to download then all and take that 1 terrain and associate files and put them in your DFX2 folder.

I did it as a pack, some want this terrain and some want a flat terrain.
So i put them all into 1 pack so people don't have the prob of finding 1 terrian for the map and then go look for another terrain for that map.
Which is already happening i see.

Ok to make it easy i have uploaded just the flat terrain
http://nova-outpost.com/flat_terrain.rar

download this, extract into your DFX2 folder and go to your MapEditor and see the flat terrain.

You might want to make a backup of your DFX2 folder, Nova Defender doesn't like some files being changed or added in which you might be punted from NW servers.
