After hearing the news and reading the morning papers here and seeing what a very brave French court has decided today I feel I must apologise to France as I have maligned that great nation in the past.

I see now that is a country which does not fear to stand up for itself and I think we here in England or Britian should take a leaf out of the French book and try being more like them to some extent when it comes to freedom of speech?

I'm not going to actually mention what the news is about but it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to work out what it is!!!!

One the greatest memories of my life was in France. Regarding the 50th Anniversary of the D-Day invasion! Thier hamburgers 12 years ago were not good at all, lol. I would have rather eaten on ship and the girls weren't as friendly as the English but the men were so cool including WWII French Soldiers that treated us kids like hero's 50 years later. I love'em and that great Country no matter our Political differences.

I have certainly greatly misjudged the French for many years but I will say this about them, they stick up for themselves and they remember those fine words....."publish and be damned"!!!!

I can understand that bro but the French courts have stood up for freedom of the press in this case and it's an example that all nations can learn from.
