i need help about sigs

my dad installed all this office stuff and all this other crap that a don't know what to do with. cna any of the below help me make a grange sig like this?(just borrowing)

and i do have phtrobucket ot host sigs i make
will any of these help make the above sig?
-Mcrosoft,Excel,Powerpoint,or outlook
-picture tube converter,paintshop pro 6,animation shop 2
-image,MS DOS prompt.
i have no idea about any of these

You really shouldn't take Ringer's sig and using it with out asking him before hand.

its flattering that you like it, but please dont put my images on your webspace like that.

i will gladly help you make a sig like mine, but you first need to have the proper programs. i suggest buying Adobe Photoshop 7 or CS(8). i believe you can get a free trial on their site.

if ya got paint shop pro 6 try searching on google for some tutorials.....type something like this in the search box......psp6 tutorials

Paint Shop Pro 6 isn't really the same result as you would get if you were using one of the photoshop versions, but same sort of idea. But i thinkz ya starting out at a good age mate, I started when I... 12, yeh i started on photoshop elements, then went onto photoshop 7, so i must have been doing for a year now
