pretty mcuh addicted to this game at the moment, ive not played a game this much for several years.

hmm the roads aren't axactly flat all the time, and when your going 220mph you have a tendancy to experiece some elevation



just having a quick spin around the track in my gallardo, 4wd so very stable but only class B car and not too fast

tbh it's a relatively bad console port and badly optimised. to put it into perspective on my system

x6800 @ 3.65GHz
two x1900xt's in crossfire
2gb ddr2

all settings on full + HDR @ 1280x1024 = 45 fps!!!


i sold one gfx card and now it's running at about 20 fps. turning off HDR gives a big improvement though. and all you lose is the stupid haze that i hate anyway.


but ace game, so much to do and a few thousand players online makes it more interesting. although it needs some patching soon

I quite liked this game on 360 but the driving physics were just too poor, I didn't like the fact that there were only 5 types of non-player vehicles, and finding a friend to cruise with back before it was patched was impossible.

I loved, loved, my Mercedes Mclaren SLR. Metallic Candy Pink and bright white two tone. Definite woman magnet when I put my order in for a real one soon.
