hey guys, im new to photoshop and gradually learning how to make sigs and wallpapers and stuff, tell me what you think

ahh ur gettin there
a couple suggestions
1. try to reduce the size or ur sigs
2. work on BG's
3. try makin borders
4. add some pics to ur work

i use 600x200 for most sigs... is that too much? what res you guys suggest?

oh and i tried doing borders using the polygonal lasso tool, but i cant keep them.... symmetrical, they always look messed up

for the size i would say umm 350x100
around there
for the bordser make a new layer, get ur polygonal lasso tool, hold shift (makes lined strrait) and click the drag. and then go to selections>inverse, and flood fill it with a color, then maybe add a stroke, or dropshadow, or bevel

wow that was fast, ty for the suggestions, ill try them when i get home, im sitting around in computer class right now... bored as hell. no photoshop here
