seem i had to block a ip# from my pc

Ip # 0.16.117.200.
every time i log off line it popup that this ip# has hacked into my system so now its block

Norton firewall came up with it saying a person at this ip# has try to hack into your system do you wish to do a trace on it yes or no and it reported a person at this ip# is try to hack into your system and using a fake IP# thats how i got it.
Fake Ip#
1.) Ip# 0.0.113.220
2.) Ip# 0.16.117.200

that has been reported has Fake Ip# to their Internet Host.

For it to work you need a Ip#

hehe i tried to trace ur ip Chief
but it says packet loss, maybe ur firewall stops it
