Weapon editing

I'm new to this whole modding thing and have been trying to figure out how to edit weapon characteristics, mainly the minigun on the blackhawk. I've managed to make it fire slower, but just not faster. How did those guys do it in the Black Ops mod for JO?

Even if I just choose to play the game offline? All I want to do is have some fun in the training missions. Then I can just reinstall the game to play online.

i would certainly practice with a new .pff file rather then the orig files

sry the blackops mod was not made by us, but i could probably help if you told me how u made it slower, but i guess there is some logic behind it that you have already tried :/

Its the third line from the top that changes the rate of fire. Bigger numbers make it fire slower, but negative numbers makes it not fire at all.

What about adding rounds to weps like the morter i want to be a morter man with 60 rounds

there should be a delay set for the recoil too set it from a high number to zero or something, i did this in BHD and i can now fire 2500rpm
