unknown listed instead of character name

While working on the map I have been working on for some time, there came a time where the map (CO-OP) no longer recognized my character name. Instead, it listed only 'unknown'. The Armory also acted weird. (When requesting weapons, nothing would happen.) Another thing that started to happen was that upon death, the player would lose primary weapon, and not respawn with one. All Hosting Options look to be set correctly to not have this happen, but . . .

This happened shortly after downloading and playing some DM maps. I thought maybe an uninstall and reinstall of the game would help, but same problems occur. I have 2 maps I'm working on, and this problem seems to appear in only one. DFLW is the game.

you have too many AI in the map. this usually happens if there is more than 120

Thank you. I was pulling my hair out over that one, and just wishing it was something as simple as that. I sent you a copy of that map, by the way. Please just discard it. I thought it was finished, but after what I discovered, I need to do some more fixing. Thanks again.
