Post Linux - why?

is there any point in running a linux distro if i have no probs with windows?

i would like to try, but i'm looking of a good reason why i would need to :/

It's the security issues I think that make Linux attractive to some...I have no clue myself..but a local friend of mine uses it..I think I asked him to post his thoughts...he is a super intellegent guy..probably why I see very little of him :P

i've been reading about it abit and have a dvd with the new Debian release on it rady to go but i dont want to waste my time if you know what i mean.

i'm just looking to learn something new, it's possible it would help me in my job to.

install it on a partition, then you can use both

^I would do what he said. Tryed Damnsmalllinux the other day and its nice too, ran it on a P120 16mb ram though, ran a bit slow. And don't ask me why i'm telling you this because i have no idea lol
