Can't update DFLW completely

I uninstalled my DFLW because I seemed to have files in too many places. But when I reinstall the update now I get an error -
"FTP_ERR:Error opening.\ WIZ6C43.TMP(this number changes each time I reinstal): Permission Denied (size 1024)".

I've tried cleaning out all the files and reinstalling but I keep getting this error message. And when I try going online the nova login page is not complete and I can't log in.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?

there is two ways to update it normal way through the game and manul download the update we have here for it

there is basic now days two updates for the game
1.) game update

2.) server game update nlexepatcher.zip

basic uninstall the game totally and delete the game folder all the files gone bad in it.
then reboot the system, back on desktop then re-install the game and install the game update first and after install the server update for it (follow the direction it gives)
