User Id is you user id, a unique code that identifys you in the database

Exposures would be the number of times you banner has been shown

Credits: You start with 10,000 credits, everytime you banner is shown on someones site you loose a credit and everytime someone elses banner is loaded on your page you gain a credit. You get a bonus 5 extra credits if someone clicks a banner from your site. So you need to have credits to be in the banner rotation, using your example, if noone went to your site, your banner would be shown 7218 times then it would be removed, bacause you have no credits...
