Campain Variabels

Campain Variabels are basicly On and OFF for events, waves or other stuff.

--sample--
If you and a TM are onboard a blackhawk and are about to land but the LZ is hot. And If the evil down bellow are still alive when arriving at LZ, then the BH will make a new turn.
The BH will keep looping until all Evil are dead.

There are a few IF´s in this sample, but IF it NOT happends, then what??

When the BH are in flight then set camapin variable to ex. 1,0 (the 1,0 triggers a wavefile that tells that the LZ is hot. WAC).

The route are straight forward into LZ. If you and your TM should kill all the evil round the LZ BEFORE reaching the landing, then campain variable changes to 2,0,

if group EVIL is still alive and BH reach final WP (land-wp) Then set CV to 2,0. This makes the BH turn to another WP-list that allows you to strafe the LZ with the Cal-50 until the evil are all dead. Then set CV to 2,1
if CV are equal with 2,1 then reset the land-events and redir to land again. You can add CV to start waves or ammorain.
----
You can make lots of ON & OFF settings by this and start any action with this. I use this to keep track of all. All my wave´s, ammo´s and anim´s are controlled by this. And are useful in both WAC and MED, togheter even better.

-hope that helped a little. I know my beer didn´t..still awake.

thanks,
it sounds like its just anotherr way of setting up an event. the if and then statements you mention can easily be set up using standard if then logic. If BH reaches waypoint and evil still alive then redirect to waypoint list circle around etc.etc.
but maybe using the variables you can save a few events....hmmmm
anyway thanks for the input.

you also say you use variables to trigger animations. Is there a list of animations and which units can perform what animation.???
