Remote Admin For JO
Is there any programs out or anything to be able to control a JO server remotely like on BHD?

yep, RAT, it comes with the game. If you want a nice user interface to work with (rat is textbased) there is Wolfrat.
But you have to configure rat on the game server before you can remotely connect to it. IcI
