In heuristic scanning that's what's called (IMO it is) a "False Positive" and that's what Avast! uses when scanning for unknown objects.

It's probably shown up as positive for infection because that particular version of the installer "world-of-warcraft-setup-enUS.exe" is old and not currently on the Avast! database as a safe program.

From what I know of it hundreds of thousands of people used it without any malicious activity becoming apparent.
