Cheat or Not?
 This is a skin that you would overlay onto the current in game GPS. How it works: The clock itself does not tell you where the person is; nor does it show where they were. It is a reference tool. So in theory you could say "He was at 9:00 instead of L-11 coordinates. Since the maker is hellbent on making up our minds for us (at DF Arena) I thought I would post it here for ya'll to decide.
