phShoutBox "redirect" problem

hmm yes well i use iframes in my page
and went i want to include the phShoutBox.php makes a popup something like that and works as a redirect to the phShoutBox.php

im very newbie at php so i inquiry a lot of help and respect

if any want can give me a hand here it will be very apreciated
