phMailer - Would like to prepend e-mail subject line

I'm using phMailer for contact pages on my site for multiple folks.

Lately, I've been getting the request that the subject line include text to identify that it came from the site so that their junk mail filters don't throw it into oblivion.

I tried to do this using concatenation (at least as best I could understand it), but kept getting an error on lines far away from anything I edited.

Any ideas of a simple way to prepend the subject line with a fixed text?

Obviously, I'm kinda of new to this and just muddling through. :-)
