uploader trouble

I'm having trouble setting up the phUploader

**Note: I know nothing of php and have recently begun work in frontpage**


Im doing a site in frontpage and i wanna have the uploader on one of my pages. I edited the values to my liking but im not sure how 2 get it actually on the page i need it. I tried copy and pasting the script but that messed up the whole page. please help. ( sorry if this is noobish lol)
