iirc it was at a court case but i cant quite remember. it was the girl's mum who landed one on the other woman becasue she basically said she was taking drugs (THC - Tetrahydrocannabinol - i.e. the stuff that gets you high from smoking cannabis )

UPDATE III - Here's something I found on another website. The claim may be dubious, but it makes sense: "this is a clip from a court room tv show thingy (forget the actual name of it offhand). Terri had been raped and murdered and the guy who did it is on trial. This scene is when the families are out in the lobby. The one throwing the punch is related to Terri. The woman who said that Terri had THC in her system was related to the defendant. She was trying to make it seem as if the whole rape and murder thing was Terri's fault because she was "high" and not so innocent herself. That pissed off lady #1 off... hence the pwnage."
