phmailer suggestion

I've been wondering if this script couldn't be some more user customisable, with a few modifications, such as:

- Usage of templates, for the form code
- External CSS file, instead inside the code...

also, can it be a way of getting the code called after the form submission and all is ok, to be on an externall php file???

I'm wondering this because i', thinking of using the script on a page, inside a DIV, and i don't want to recall the whole page after a sucessfull submission of the contact form, i only want to tell the user via a message dialog that the mail has been sent to me ok...

Can this be done in anyway???
