I commend you Sal. I suggest you start working out. Maybe start a cardio rep first. Get your blood and heart working. Then advance to lifting some weights to combat the carbs and cal intake. I'm about to do the same thing. I'm still smoking but you are giving me some motivation. oorah! ... .-troy
