haha panthers got the best idea!
when i first left school i had 1 of me m8s training me, was only spendin 2 hours down the gym a week, but it was always the SAME day at the SAME time every week without fail. i went for 3 months, didnt take any tablets, no shakes, no nothing! and i put on 2 and a half stone of muscle.
the trick is eatin plenty of protein foods. egg roles for lunch and chicken for dinner are the best ways to do it.
am gonna start trainin again soon, 6 foot 2 and weighing 14 stone
