Just a side note: I don't understand this obsession on getting a email response. They are a large company with many divisions the support email they get is sent to who ever might be responsible to fix the problem. The person who fixes the problem would not expose him/her self to anyone out side of the company or they would be constantly hounded by people. Also It would be a lot of a hassle to reply to everyone who is mailing in on a problem that could be just seen as fixed when everything is working.
