need pff extractor, dds plugin for photoshop, and of course photoshop,unless u find something else that supports dds files.after you edit and save your file, put it in the game folder, and right click bhd icon wherever it is, go to properties, and on te shortcut add /d at the end. all kind of hard to explain the moment, too late.
