Marcus Beer, from NovaLogic's Public Relations Department, reply'd at the DF3.net forums about the release date for the much anticipated terrain and object editors.

Marcus Beer:

"Sorry I have not been aorund much recently, I have been on a number of road trips to show Joint Ops and Team Sabre for press coverage in the new year.

To answer your questions as best I can:

1/ We are not holding the tools (terrain/object editor) back for Team Sabre.

2/ While I have no specific date on the tools release - I would expect it to be out before xmas. (Which means within the next 3 weeks.) We had to hold off on releasing the tools while we worked thru some compatibility issues that cropped up."

So let's hope we get a good end of the year 2003.
