Interesting. I'm going to download them and compare to what I had downloaded a long time ago.
As far as I know there are 5 versions. Humble Bundle also sells a digital version, but IDK what they package with it.
The GOG version is a Nova FTP version with fixes pre-applied. Basically anything in the "Fixer" zips from the downloads section on this site, plus my lobby DLLs.
The Steam version is the Nova FTP version, but with Steam DRM.
As well as the CD version..
