in the folder part use the unlocker (^^above this^^) to close all processors in folder that is running, then go about unlock it cortana folder to rename it , when done you can rename cortana folder

you can rename the folder anyway you like

there are ways to use regit make chances, but the Cortana.exe will still run only after rename folder it gone will no longer startup at all in the back ground
